1. There’s no need to Include Company Name in the Title!
The company name will automatically show as sender in the mail box.
Catchy subjects are important to grab candidate’s attention.
2. Keep the Contents Short and List it Out
Avoid writing long emails.
3. Include URLs in the Web Mails
Include your job postings or online seminar URLs in the Web Mail.
Please note that the URL to your company information page will automatically be included at the bottom of the Web Mail.
3. Make use of “New Registrants Only” Button
When sending Web Mails you can send them out to a saved target group or have it sent out only to new members or new event registrants(if posting is for an event) within the target.
4. Send Web Mails to Candidates Who have “Liked” the Job Post
Candidates are able to “Like” job posts.
Candidates who have “Liked” your posts are interested in your company.
When sending out Web Mails you are able to send to only send them out to candidates who have “Liked” the post.
